Cancelation Policy: Notice of at least 24 hours is required to cancel without a fee. If you are unable to give 24 hours you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to scheduling your next appointment.
No-shows: If you forget or choose not to come to your appointment you will be charged the full amount for breaking our cancelation policy.
Late Arrivals: You will be charged for the full amount that was scheduled, and likely receive less massage in order to accommodate appointments following yours. Please arrive 5 minutes early, but not more than 10 minutes to minimize client overlap. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will likely be canceled.
