No, but we can provide the codes and receipt for you to get reimbursed by your insuance.

We can charge HSA cards.

Must I be completely undressed?
No, it is up to you and your comfort level what you don't wear. You will be properly draped under a sheet and blanket during all sessions.

Will the therapist be present when I disrobe?
No. We will leave the room for a few minutes before the massage while you undress, relax onto the table, and cover yourself with the sheet. We will also step out of the room at the end and wait for you to open the door once you're fully dressed again.

What parts of my body will be massaged?
Each session is what you want treated. We can do full body(everything except the groin),  specific muscle groups, or something inbetween. All areas can be massaged directly to the skin, through the sheet, or not at all based on your preference.

What should I do during the massage?
Make yourself comfortable, breathe deeply, and remember this is YOUR time to relax. Please update us if you need more or less pressure, love/dislike certain strokes, adjustment to pillows, heat, or anything else about the session, room, and how you feel.

How will I feel after the massage?
Most people feel an initial period of relaxation and pain relief. Followed by increased energy, heightened awareness and productivity which can last for days, as well as a better nights sleep.

Are there any medical conditions that make massage inadvisable?
Yes. That's why we ask general health questions. It is very important that you inform us of any health problems or medications you are taking.
Depending on your condition, approval from your doctor may be required.
