Please arrive 5 minutes early, but not more than 10 minutes.

Cancelation and No-shows: Notice of at least 24 hours is required to cancel/reschedule without being charged the full amount of your appointment. You can send someone in your place to recieve the massage and avoid this fee.

Late Arrivals: You will be charged for the full amount that was scheduled, and likely receive less massage in order to accommodate appointments following yours. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will likely need to be rescheduled.
