Please arrive 5 minutes early, but not more than 10 minutes.

Cancelation Policy: Notice of at least 24 hours is required to cancel without a fee. If you are unable to give 24 hours you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to scheduling your next appointment.

No-shows: If you forget or choose not to come to your appointment you will be charged the full amount for breaking our cancelation policy.

Late Arrivals: You will be charged for the full amount that was scheduled, and likely receive less massage in order to accommodate appointments following yours. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will likely be canceled.
